HTML Rider AE for Universal Diary Privacy Policy 

It governs the privacy terms of our Html Rider Android Edition for Universal Diary app available in Google Play Store. 

This app will be referred to as “PRODUCT” in this document. "AUTHOR" shall refer to Fanil Galy Urga Faiskhanov Apps. 

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. 1. 

1. WHAT ARE THE PERMISSIONS REQUIRED FOR THE APP? 

 Access to account 

android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS not required in current PRODUCT's version , but allows access to the list of accounts to make it possible to back up your data on Google Drive in next versions. 

This information is not stored in a device memory, is not uploaded to any online services. 

 Access to external storage 

 android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is required to keep database and images on external SD Card. 

 2. WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED? 

 * an information you provide; 

 * date and time when you provide it with your information; 

This information is considered as Private Content. Private Content in our mobile applications are stored on a device memory in database and collection of files. Private Content is not uploaded to any online storage without user's action. 

 When you send emails or other communications to AUTHOR, he may retain those communications, including your name, email address and your device characteristics in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve PRODUCT. 

 3. INFORMATION SHARING 

 PRODUCT does not automatically share any personal information you provide with any third party company, application or service without your permission. 

 AUTHOR may share personal information received during direct communications with you with other companies or individuals only if he has your consent. 

4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVATE CONTENT 

 AUTHOR is committed to protect your privacy, Personal Information and Private Content in that way how are mentioned in this policy. 

 Please remember that you play a valuable part in security as well. Although we take measures to ensure the privacy and security of your Private Content, we cannot guarantee its absolute privacy and security, as no privacy or security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other people whom you have shared any Personal Information with, and therefore we do not guarantee that unauthorized individuals will not obtain access to your Private Content or Personal Information. We are also not responsible for any circumvention of our privacy or security systems. 

 Privacy Policy Updates 

 We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to actual state. You should review this Privacy Policy frequently. We will change the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.
